VIRTUAL TENNIS LESSONS

The lessons will be conducted via the Skype or Zoom platforms. The lesson and Analysis duration will be 90 minutes with the option of extending the time at the current rate if desired or necessary to achieve the lesson goals. The lesson will consist of a detailed analysis of where you are with your development as a player. We will explore and discuss what you would like to improve most in your game and teach and implement the correct technique and biomechanics to achieve this goal. We will not just explore in great detail what you want to improve in your game but more importantly how to do so. We will teach you the INSIGHT TENNIS method of improvement including the unique and proprietary INSIGHT TENNIS progression model. Armed with this powerful knowledge and insight you will set yourself on the path of continuous improvement and truly be able to achieve your highest potential as a player.
